As of 2009, RE-create is now operating out of a studio space located in Notre Dame House at 14 Cannon Str. W. Studio times are Mondays and Thursdays from 12-3 p.m. We are enjoying our new space. However, this is still a temporary arrangement and as RE-create continues to grow and develop we will need our own dedicated space. We are currently looking for studio space on James Street North.

WHAT CAN THE COMMUNITY DO TO HELP? Support from the community is critical. There are many different ways people can help RE-create. Different groups, such as high school or university students can raise money or art supplies for the studio. Community artists can come in and lead a workshop with the youth. We also accept donations of food vouchers and bus tickets for the youth to use while involved with specific projects at the studio and local contractors can help develop the studio space. Anyone interested in assisting RE-create should contact us directly. RE-create continues to offer various creative art projects with other organizations around the city, so check out our Recent Projects to learn more about RE-create’s newest projects.
